Item Title
Ratify the 2012-2013 Amendment to the 2010-2014 Master Contract between the Clay Educational Staff Professional Association and the School District of Clay County
Issue/Rationale
Florida Statutes requires the School Board to bargain collectively in the determination of wages, hours and terms and conditions of employment for employees. This Agreement must be signed and ratified by both the public employer and the public employees of the bargaining unit.
Recommended Action
Ratify the Tentative Agreement.
Financial Impact
Non-retroactive step increase effective in the October 31, 2012, paycheck. Increase of approximately $710,665.09 with benefits.
